Charlotte Armstrong

(May 2nd, 1905 – July 18th, 1969)

Charlotte Armstrong Lewi was a prolific American writer, who wrote under the names Charlotte Armstrong and Jo Valentine. She wrote twenty-nine novels, many short stories, some plays, and some screenplays, as well as fashion articles for Breath of the Avenue, ads for The New York Times, and poems for The New Yorker.
